    WOD- 8 rounds + 14, rx

    weights- pause bench, 2 sec first rep, fast 2nd rep: 2x5x50%,2x5x60%, 2x5x70%- 50#, 65#, 75#. Not exactly my correct % (higher) but the weights were more convenient to change
