Group Warm Up:
Row 250 m
30 Seconds Each of:
Plank Ups
GHD Sit Ups
Jumping Back Squats (bar)
KB Swings to eye level
WOD:
As many Rounds as Possible in 4 Minutes (rest 2 min then go again):
3 Back Squats (225/ 155)
6 Box Jumps
9 Double Unders
Tempo Work:
8 Push Ups Every 30 Seconds for 4 Min
