21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Push Press (95/ 65)
Loaded lap around the building. Each round will terminate with a walk around the building carrying a 45# plate.
Partner up and perform 1 rope climb or 3 pulls from a box while your partner holds the hollow position. Then switch. Get 3 rope climbs or the equivalent each.
