WARM UP:

Sit Ups

Ring Rows

PVC Pass Throughs

PVC Overhead Squats

Kipping Swings

 

SKILL:

Review Double KB OHS

Warm Up/ Scale Bar MU

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 Minutes of:

3 Bar Muscle Ups

5 Double Kettle Bell Overhead Squats

 

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Tempo Work-
