Workout of the Day
3 Rounds for time of:
30 Toes to bar
20 Reps ground to overhead anyhow (95/ 65)
There will be a 15 minute time cap on this workout. In other words; if you are unable to complete all of the reps in 15 minutes, your score is the number of rounds plus the number of reps. Score the rope climbs separately.
Rest 30 Seconds and then complete as many rope climbs as possible in 5 minutes.
