Workout of the Day

Every Minute on the minute for 10 minutes or until you fail to complete the required reps inside of the given minute, of:
5 Deadlift (225/ 155)
5 Hand Stand Push Ups

In the minute immediately following failure or completion, perform as many toes to bar as possible.
