Workout of the Day
In teams of two:
5 Rounds for maximum reps of sit ups
One team mate will perform as many sit ups as possible until the second partner completes 50 Double Unders. Each teammate will complete 250 Double Unders each, score by Time and subtract one second for each sit up.
As many wall ups as possible in 2 minutes
