    6 rounds + 100m (35# KB and 95# DL), I decided to do some calculations for my weight modifications. KBS = 6300 lbs divided by 53# KB is about 120 swings divided by 30 is 4 rounds. DL = 5700 lbs divided by 275# is about 20 pulls divided by 10 is 2 rounds. Run(6) + KBS(4) + Box(6) + DL(2) equals 18 divided by 4 movements is 4.5 rounds.

    Chad-Did you do those calculations while you were working out? If not, then they don’t count. If so, I’m getting you a pocket protector for your Rogue shorts.
