Our good friend Faith trotting comfortably through one of the beautiful meadows on last year’s UMTFC. Remember, if you must run, run where you can get lost in the scenery.

Workout of the Day

“Tabata This”
Utilizing Tabata protocol, complete tabata intervals of:
Row (calories)
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Squats

You may perform the exercises in any order you see fit. There is a 1 minute rest between exercises. You will keep track of the lowest score that you achieved in any of the 20 second intervals of a given exercise and then add those numbers together to get your total score.
