Gymnastic Skill Work:

Handstand Skill Work (50:00-60:00)

1) Active Handstand Floor Drill 2 sets of 10 seconds

(talk through points of performance starting at hands and go through the check points)

2) 3 sets 2 Wall Walks + 15 second Handstand Hold
