Warm Up:

2 Rounds

16 Banded GM

12 Push Ups

10 Toes to Bar

10 Seated Box Jumps

Skill:

3 rounds of 30 seconds each:

Banded Knee Squats

Banded Pull Throughs 

1 arm KB Front Rack Walk (15 sec each)

Review Back Squats (BB from ground)

WOD:

50 Back Squats for time (185/ 115)

Every 2 Minutes perform 5 Bar Facing Burpees

Cool Down

Single Leg Flexion with External Rotation – one foot on box (2 min each)
