Workout of the Day:

Group Warm Up:

2 Rounds of 1 minute each of:

10 Bandy Good Mornings

10 Push Ups

10 Kipping Swings

10 Box Jumps

10 Sit Ups

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes of:

1 Deadlift (90% of 1 Rep Max)

2 Weighted Pull Ups

3 Dynamic Push ups

4 Box Step Ups (Barbell On Back)

Skill:

As Many Double Unders as possible in 3 min.
