Adductor Barbell Smash (2 Minutes Each, Pg 340)

Low Back Smash (3 Minutes, Pg 290)

WOD:

30-20-10 Reps For Time of:

Pistols

Handstand Push Ups

    14:51- pistols and KB one arm press. Somewhat discouraged at having to drop weight during the workout, but I suppose I am not surprised that I have lost strength. Recovery will be a long process, but I have lots of time.
