    I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported me and Ella for Worlds- the well wishes, the prayers and the financial support have been amazing. We leave at 6am tomorrow and get into Johannesburg on Thursday evening (local time). I lift 1am (Montrose time) Sunday, June 1st and Ella lifts Friday, June 6th at 5am (Montrose time).
