Workout of the Day:

Group Warm Up:

Jog 400

Then 2 times through of:

15 Overhead Squats (PVC)

15 Bandy Good Mornings

15 Push Ups

15 Light Wall Ball

15 Double Unders

WOD:

Alternating Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes of:

10 Burpees

10 Toes to Bar

If you fall short of completing all of the necessary reps, rest a minute then get back at it until its all done.  On the last round of each movement, blow it out.  Score by total reps performed in the last two minutes of the workout.
