Workout of the Day:

GENERAL WARM-UP:

 1) Running warm-up

2 Rounds:

6-10 Swings (increase load over the 2 rounds to work weight)

6-10 Box Jumps (start low on first round and build to workout height on second round)

6-10 Medball Squat or wall ball shots (med ball squat on first round, wall ball on second round)

WOD:

“Whitten”

5 Rounds

22 Swings (70/55)

22 Box Jumps (24/20″)

Run 400 meters

22 Burpees
