WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM UP:

200 M sled drag

20 Abs of Choice

20 Banded GMs

15 Push Ups

1 min Jump Rope

SKILL:

4 Deadlift (135/95), 1 Wall Up, 4 Tuck Jumps

3 Deadlift (185/115), 1 Tripod Kick Out, 3 Low Box Jumps

2 Deadlift (225/135), 1 HS Negative, 2 Low Box Jump Overs

1 Deadlift (275/185), 1 Strict HSPU, 1 Box Jump Over

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Min, Rest 1, go again for 9 minutes of work

3 Deadlifts (275/ 185)

5 Handstand Push Ups

7 Box Jump Overs
