The Benchmarks Book is in and ready for sale. This is a handy tool for tracking the progress of those Benchmark workouts (like last week’s Cindy!). There is a place to note any mods you might need, so even if you still working up to doing the big dogs as RX’d it can be a great way to track how far you have come from the beginning of your fitness journey!
