10 Single Leg Deadlifts/leg

10 Back Squats (empty bar)

WOD:

Part 1:

Back Squat:

15 Minutes to beat your 4 RM from last week

Part 2:

Death by 10 meter run:

1x 10 meter run the first minute

2×10 meter run the second minute

Continue as long as possible…

Cool Down:

Sprinter hamstring stretch, 60 seconds per side

Samson Stretch, 60 seconds per side
