WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM UP:

AMRAP in 7 min:

8 each- GHD Sit Ups, Hip Extensions, Pause Squats (1 sec at bottom), KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Tuck Jumps

 

SKILL:

Review and Warm Up DB Snatch

 

WOD:

60-40-20 Double Unders

45-30-15 Squats

30-20-10 Dumbbell Snatch (Alternating)

 

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Bone Saw Calf Smash
