WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 14:26 of:

Run 400 m

10 Handstand Push Ups

6 Power Cleans

 

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

10-12 Vertical Jump and Land – Technique Focus(rest between jumps)

 

  1. Load Hips & Hamstrings, DRIVE KNEES OUT, Shins Vertical
  2. Keep legs straight and toes pointed down in the air
  3.
