1 Push Press
13 Box Jumps
2 Push Press
12 Box Jumps
3 Push Press…

Continue in this manner Decending reps of Box Jumps,Ascending reps of Push Press, reps always add up to 15. When you’re done with 1 Box Jump and 14 Push Press call time.
