A year ago you would have not been able to convince Marni that she could do as handstand. Now, she is doing handstands and lowering herself into the bottom of an handstand push up. You are an inspiration Marni and your strength and smile are an infectious joy in the gym.

Mobility Work:
Wall Squat 2 minutes
Figure four on the ball 1 minute each leg
Partner PNF stretch 1 Minute Each Leg

10 Rounds for time of:
5 Kettle Bell Swings
5 Pistols Right Leg
5 Pull Ups
5 Pistols Left Leg
5 Box Jumps
