Workout of the Day
Lacrosse Ball to Hip Flexor
As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes of:
10 Uneven Presses
For the uneven presses: load a barbell with 20#s on one side and 15#s on the other (men’s weight) and 15#s on one side and 10#s on the other (women’s weight). You will perform the first 5 reps with the heavy end on one side and then switch sides for the other 5 reps.
Comp Team Goodies
Hand Stand Push Ups
3×5 reps with 1 minute rest between sets
If you can do this without too much effort than blast the reps up to a number that will challenge you.
