15 Barbell Shoulder Press

15 Wall Ball Shots

15 KB Swings (eye level)

15 Pull Ups

50 double unders

Skill:

Handstand Push Ups- 2×15 sec handstand holds

Tripod press outs x 3-5

3 handstand negatives

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 4 Minutes, Rest 1 Minute and Go Again x 3 Working Rounds

5 Handstand Push Ups

7 Thrusters (95/ 65)

9 Box Jumps

Cool Down:

Lax Ball Knee Gap Smash 90 sec each

Banded Bully Stretch 90 sec each
