60 Seconds at each Station, 1 time through:

Kettle Bell Swing (light, to eye level)

Bandy Good Mornings

Hip Circle Side Steps

Dips

WOD:

Team Wod: Complete the following for time

2 Rope Climbs per Team Member (each member must make an attempt)

100 Dumbell Push Press

100 Sumo Deadlift High Pull

150 Push Ups

150 Kettle Bell Swings

200 Box Jumps

200 Goblet Squats

    Thanks ladies for letting me be on your team. Thanks 6am for allowing me to work out with you, it is SOOOOOOOOOOOO much more fun to work with a team than to modify and do it by myself! That’s why I love our gym!
