Jog 400 M

2x through, 10 Reps Each of:

Air Squat

GHD Sit Ups

Push Ups

Bandy Good Mornings

SeeSaw Squats

Tuck Jumps

WOD:

Every Minute on the Minute of:

15 Double Unders

3 Thrusters (95/ 65)

At the 6th round and each subsequent round add 5 double unders and 1 thruster until you fail to perform all of the required reps in a given minute.
