Workout of the Day
As a team of four you will perform as many rope climbs as possible in 5 minutes.
Upon the completion of the 5 minutes you will then have 5 minutes to achieve a 1 rep max clean.
Teams will score these as two separate workouts; the first being the rope climbs, the second being a team aggregate weight for the cleans.
