Kind of “Olivia”
This workout is named after a young lady who belonged to a dear friend’s gym in Portland. Her light shone bright and touched deeply everyone she came into contact with. Alas, she also left us too soon.
As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes of:
12 Deadlifts (155/ 105)
13 Burpee Box Jumps
14 Wall ball
The original workout was designed for 10 rounds for time, do your best to get close.
