Amrap in 10 Minutes of:
Hip Circle Walks
10 Steps Each (Front, Back, Side to Side)
10 Toes to Bar
10 Pull Ups
10 Double Unders
Banded Overhead Stretch (2 Min Each)
Each set of two Jerks should include one rep with right leg leading, one rep with left leg leading.
