Workout of the Day:

Warm Up:

Running warm-up;

Alternating tabata for 4 minutes of:

DB push press (light)

KB sumo deadlift high pull

Skill:

First four parts of Burgener Warm up (PVC then Barbell)

Warm Up Hang Power Snatch

WOD:

Every 3 Minutes for 5 Rounds of:

Run 100 m

10 Dips

15 Hang Power Snatch (95/ 65)

Accessories:

Midline for points(8 min)

30 sec Plank = 1 pt

20 sec Hollow = 2 pts

10 sec L-Sit = 3 pts
