Workout of the Day:
Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes perform:
8 Dumbell Snatch (alternating hands)
As Many Toes to Bar as Possible in the remaining time.
Score by total number of toes to bar. If you should happen to fail to get all 8 Dumbell Snatch completed in the minute, take the next minute off and go again.
Spend the remainder of class hitting up some mobility to relieve some of those well deserved sore muscles.
