Workout of the Day:

Warm Up:

Row, Run, Bike or Jump Rope (or any combo of) for 3 Minutes

2 Rounds

15 Band Pull Aparts

30 second plank

10 Goblet Squats

15 Pass Throughs

10 KB or DB swings

2 x 3 Way Hip Stretch/leg

WOD:

Back Squat

Build up to a max set for 3 reps in a 15 minute timeframe

Then:

As Many Reps as Possible in 1 minute at 60% of 3 RM

Toes to Bar Skill:

3 Rounds NOT for time:

10 Beat Swings

10 Toes to KB

10 Toes over PVC
