Workout of the Day:

GENERAL WARM-UP:

1) Dynamic Mobility Set 2

2) “Odd Squat” Series- 2 reps at each movement

Do 10 Back Squat with empty bar after the series

WOD:
part 1:

Back Squat

Build to 1 rep max in 20 minutes

Part 2:

AMRAP 10 Minutes

5 DB Bulgarian Split Squats per Leg (AHAP)

5 Single Leg DB Deadlifts per leg (AHAP)

20 Russian Twists (10-20 lb medball or plate, 10/side)

Cool Down:

Couch stretch, 60-90 seconds per side
