Push Press Progression

Review Squat Clean

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of:

15 Push Press (95/ 65)

10 Toes to Bar

5 Dips

Starting at the 15 minute mark, you will have 5 Minutes to establish a 1 Rep Max Squat Clean

COOL DOWN:

Barbell Tricep Smash (60 sec each)

Barbell Trap Smash (60 sec each)
