SKILL:

Kipping Dips-

Bent knee open/close hip

Open/close hip to target

Open/close hip to press out

 

WOD:

As Many Reps as Possible in 1 Minute each x 3 Rounds

Dumbbell Deadlifts

Sit Ups

Dips

Row (Cals)

Dumbbell Cleans

Rest

 

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:
