WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM UP:

9 each: Arch to Hollow Rolls, Push Ups, Eye Level KB Swings, Ring Rows, DB Press (light)

Running Warm Up

SKILL:

Overhead Rib Mobilization (1 min each)

Super Front Rack (1 min each)

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes

Run 400 M

20 Dumbbell Push Press

15 Pull Ups

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Banded Elbow Extension (1 min each)

Overhead Tissue Smash (1 min each)
