Row 10 strokes – leg drive only, shoulders remain over hips

Row 10 strokes – legs straight, open/close hips only

Row 10 strokes – leaning back only arms pull

Review handle path/ damper settings

 

WOD:

Row 1600 M x 3

Rest as Needed between rounds

 

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:
