Workout of the Day

“The Bear Complex”

Choose your starting weight and add weight for each round. Each time through the series is one “rep,” there are 7 reps to a round. Complete a total of 5 rounds. You can rest between rounds as necessary, however once you begin a round, you may not rest the bar on the ground. Document the weight used on each of your rounds.

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
