Single Unders

Air Squats

Banded Pull Downs

Kipping Swings

 

Skill:

Pull Up Progression:

5 Kipping Swings

2 Kipping Swings and a Kip (bar to hips)

2 Kipping Swings, 1 Pull Up, 2 Kipping Swings

3 Pull Ups or 3 C2B

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 25 Minutes of:

10 Front Squats

10 Pull Ups

10 Dips

Run 200

 

 

Skill:

Quad Smash, 1 min each

Couch Stretch, 2 min
