10 Plank Ups—> Lunge Mornings

10 Squats—> Inch Worm w/ push up

5 Hanging Shrugs, 5 Kipping Swings—> Toy Soldiers

10 Burpees—> Crab Walk

 

Skill:

Spend 3-4 minutes on a max set of Double Unders

Knee Gap and Smash

Partner Quad Smash

Sink Mobilization

Banded Elbow Extension

Overhead Rib Mob

Side Hip Smash
