Psoas Smash, 90 sec each

Double LAX Ball T-Spine Smash, 2 min

Overhead Tissue Smash, 90 sec each

Barbell Trap Smash, 90 sec each

Barbell Sink Mobilization, 2 min

Barbell Shoulder Shear, 90 sec each
