10 Glute Bridges

10 Leg Swings

10 Squats

10 Over Hurdles

50’ High Knees

50’ Carioca

SKILL:

Take 3-4 minutes stretching Calves/Hamstrings

WOD:

Run 5k

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Couch Stretch, 90 sec each
