Warm Up:

CrossFit Warm Up

Mix in some InchWorms, SpiderMan Stretches, and High Knee Skips

 

Skill: 

5 Med Ball Front Squats, 5 Tuck Jumps

4 Med Ball Thrusters, 4 low box Jumps

2 Wall Ball, 2 Box Jumps, run 50 m

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes of:

10 Wall Ball

10 Box Jumps

Run 200 M

15 Strict Chest to Bar/Ring Pull Ups

Hollow Hold weighted “I’s, Y’s, T’s”
