Complete 10 Thrusters (95/ 65) every minute on the minute for 9 minutes, on the 10th minute complete as many reps as possible. If you fail to get 10 in any minute, rest the following minute and jump back on the bar. If you fail to get 10 on the 9th minute, rest 1 minute and go for your AMRep round.
