Alternating Tabata

20 seconds work 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds

Sit ups & Shuttle Runs

Designate a distance for shuttle runs that is approximately 10-15 yards

 

Afterward have some fun with a game!

  • CrossFit Darts – Use chalk to mark different size circles on the ground.  Try to land the ball in the target and see how many points you can get
