Warm Up:

10 Squats –> Cartwheels

10 Push Ups –> Lunge & Twist

10 Kip Swings–> Broad Jump

10 V Ups –> Toy Soldiers

Skill:

Med Ball Clean

WOD:

50 Med Ball Cleans

40 Box Jumps

30 Toes To Bar

20 Burpees

10 Pull ups

Skill:

Deadlift 5-5-5
