GHD Sit Ups

WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 Minutes
5 GHD Sit Ups
10 Push Press
15 ABMAT sit ups
20 Power Snatch
25 Box Jumps

Skill/Mobility:
Turkish Get Up  x 10 Total
Pinch Grip Plate Holds- accumulate 1.5-2 minutes.
